Petals around the Rose
A web game to drive you nuts:
Petals around the rose.
The setup is simple. Press the "Roll" button to get started. Enter how many petals you think are around the rose. Press the "Check" button to check your answer.
Work at it for a bit, and see if you can get it. Results are highly variable; some smart people will look at it for hours and not get it. Some average people will just glance at it and have the solution in 30 seconds flat.

I was introduced to this at a party some years ago, with actual dice.
It took me a few rolls to dope out what was going on, but I have been exposed to lots of these sorts of puzzles.
